“Wonderful friendly service! Bif the manager is extrmeley helpful and accomodating! Couldnt have asked for better service. HOWEVER...keep in mind store only items that arent easily to damage or things that can be easily replaced (as I would recommend in any storage of this type). Take a buddy or mace when going to ANY storage facility alone. Bif was aware of my concerns and did come check in me after I had been there awhile unloading. No light in unit so haging lamp recommended. Hall lights time out at undisclosed time w/o warning buzzer with only on/off switch as i found out high on ladder holding heavy pressboard shelf. Great facility for BASIC storage. Go across street to citadel for more secure/climate controlled 24/7 gated access”

So I just(late September 2019) recommended them to a friend relocating to Louisville while they are looking for a house. They really are happy with the facility because of the security system and they can park right in front of their storage unit when they are there. Very reasonable rates and the staff has been great! “I've rented at River City since Jan 2021. Chose this property due to cleanliness, temperature control, security and ease of access to units. Have experience with 2 other facilities in Louisville / Prospect. Following sale of home, my "good" furniture is stored here. While the facility itself is highly recommended, the Facility Manager, Lonnie Clark, is customer-oriented, helpful, reliable and has good communication skills. He accepts feedback from tenants and seeks resolution of any problems. He focuses on insuring the facility is safe, secure and has a genuine interest to make the property better. Strongly recommend considering River City if needing storage facilities.”

“Convenient camper storage just off I-71. Staff went out of their way to notify us when there was some storm damage to our camper a few years ago. Recently when we no longer needed storage and cancelled, they sent us an unexpected refund check for that month. Such great service!”
“We used Fenwick for over a year to store or twenty-five foot motor home under what's basically a pole barn with aluminum sides. Additionally we had 30 Amp AC power service. Never had a issue with the power. While we were shopping for the location we occasionally had an issue with unreturned calls but once we were there we had no problems. They billed us via our credit card monthly. I never had an issue with billing. There's younger gentleman who works there who went out of his way twice to really help us out. If we hadn't sold our motorhome we would still be there. Definitely a good and safe location for storage..The roads are maintained gravel. I wish they would install a keypad at car level...they are both at truck level. Other than that, no issues. Thank you, Fenwick!”

She gave me the time I needed to get moved and checked on my well being while I was there. I like the clean and safe environment.”
“The storage unit itself was extremely clean and was exactly what we needed. It it very very tight getting a 36’ van in the in gate. The out gate was not functioning which you don’t know until you are at the exit gate requiring you to back the length of the storage units and try to find a place to turn around. Naturally going out the in gate is equally as tight in a large vehicle.”
