Walmart Supercenter offers a wide selection of items in electronics, home furniture and appliances, toys, clothing, baby gear, video games, and more. The store is usually well stocked and easy to shop. Some associates, like Greg, provide patient, kind service and go beyond in helping customers, which is very impressive. However, the store often has issues with its facilities and equipment. The restroom is frequently disgusting, with paper on the floor, bad smells, and non-working hand dryers, though it can improve. The mobile carts are always dead, and the store got rid of small carts and handheld baskets, making shopping hard for those who cannot push a big cart.

Busy they need more help at the checkout this store stays full every day. Harrison paper Walmart at the checkouts quit letting all these people stand in line for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Good Walmart location. The store usually has what I need, the prices are fair, and the employees are helpful when you ask for assistance. It’s convenient for shopping in Pikeville and I appreciate having a place where I can get groceries, household items, and other things all in one stop.
