I would rate them a zero if that was an option but honestly this is worse cable/internet company in the world!! If you have other options for cable/internet service choose one of them! Speeds are NOT constant or good since 99% of the system is still running on outdated copper line NOT fiber!! The company REFUSES to update to fiber in this area... The install and service calls are carried out by sub contractors who can only do minor stuff. So any work that requires the real Optimum service guy with bucket trucks can take anywhere from a week to weeks/months to get it fixed.

This company overcharges false advertisement I've had this going on 6 years because it's the only company that services these areas my internet still slow and the cables missing channels go blank for hours if you have another company within your distance I would pick something different than this this place Rob's you more than banks ?

I’m so tired of of this service provider, internet is constantly going in and out. Called them they scheduled a time of 8am to 11am for a technician to come out it’s now 11:42 and I call and they changed the appointment time to 12pm to 1:45pm without contacting us. I told the representative on the phone I live directly behind the office there was no point on changing our times without contacting us. I’m going to change service providers if this don’t fix our problem.

Was formerly a customer through Suddenlink and they have been nothing but supportive. Both with hardware and software. Speeds are great 99% of the time. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is limitations of wifi placement in my home. They offer an extender which I utilize but it isn't the same. House isn't big enough to warrant meshing.

They are a horrible internet service. They keep charging more and more for bad service. The internet cuts in and out constantly.

A 1 star rating is much too high for this company. If you switch providers then they beg you to stay with free service and then lower your bill by half. Now there's your sign. No thank you!

Technicians are hit or miss. I've had two, one was super nice and helpful, the other just kept telling me to make another appointment for the services I had already booked and the reason he was there. The Internet is trash, it goes out all the time. Unfortunately it is the only service offered where I live or I would have chosen another company.

I requested a new modem and wi-fi extender 2 months ago over the phone, and never received either. My speeds are an 1/4 of what I pay for, and the speed upstairs is an 1/8 of the speed. We live in a small townhouse, so this should not be such an issue. Calling gets you nowhere. Outages are so very frequent. We cannot get any assistance it seems.

Absolutely the worst service. Phone service is pathetic. Customer support is impossible to reach. Automated system doesn't work.Any other service would be better than this one. At least AT& T will let you speak to a representative without going through hell. And still can't get to customer service.

I would give this band of crooks a negative 4 if I could I paid them for service there guy shows up says he can't install the service sorry I call to get a refund of my money no joy its been more than a month and 5 calls am hour each and still can't get my money back I could see it being difficult if it were my fault they couldn't install service but it wasn't there guy said we needed new wiring att showed up changed a connector and it works fine don't pay them until u have service they won't give your money back

I just drove over an hour to get a a new modem box at the Prestonsburg office ! The store hours are 9am to 6 pm got here at 5:45pm the doors are locked and no one was in the office ! I think I need reimbursement on gas and internet service ! This is absolutely ridiculous to drive this far for the doors to be closed !!!! No only that called before hand and can’t get a tech to come to my house for a week !!!

They got 1 star because u have to in order to leave a review..I would not suggest this company to my WORST enemy! Save yourself the trouble and headache..customer service is terrible every call is to someone you cant understand! This service is awful..

Worst company I have ever tried to get help from. I have called customer service 4 times only get lied to. I ask to speak to a supervisor,they just start giving me the run around. I asked to speak to supervisor the last three times I called only to be told one lie after another . Wish I could get another tv cable service in my area.Anything would have to be better than SuddenLink.

After 6 days with no service on tivo. Finally was helped by customer service agent Taverick who was nice and facilitated the issue to fruition. I would give a better star review but overall with suddenlink I feel a little ill even with 3 stars.
