“A good place to purchase propane for your grill. They also sell grills if you need one. Considered taking a star off because you have to pay for a full tank regardless of any propane left in your tank. But the service is so good. Five stars.”
“Everyone at this store is genuinely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with my Big Green Egg warranty and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for such a great customer service.”
“I went into this store with a need for a replacement foot piece for a record player and the amount of care and attention I was shown in this visit to get me a piece that would do the job was the absolute old school way. They went above and beyond and provided a level of expertise that is learned only through true experience and customer care which is absolutely rare and it made me wish more people and places were like this. Thank you to Oscar’s staff for making people feel seen and appreciated. You all are icons.”

“Great place to pick up just about anything you'll need for quick fixes or major repairs, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, complete opposite of the big brick an mortar store's.”
“Andersons Sales & Service go out their way to make sure their customers are well taking care of and happy with their services. On one occasion the owner himself came out to home just to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and taken care of; which I really appreciated being a first time owner of a tractor mower!! Thanks for going the extra mile to make me a happy customer Anderson’s!! You ROCK!!”
“Been going to Keith's for many years and only once did they not have an item I was looking for (a template kit to install cabinet hardware). On the flip side they have had items and can do things that I never expected from such a small hardware store.
Simply said, they are GREAT!”
“Maybe the last hardware store in Jeff. I needed a few things to finish a small woodworking project, and the gentleman who waited on me took me right to everything I needed and was helpful with some advice on several matters.”
“Willis Klein Showrooms is our go-to source for door hardware on our custom homes. Leigh is wonderful to work with and makes the selection process easy and enjoyable for our homeowners. From selections to delivery, everything is organized, professional, and seamless. Great products and great service—we highly recommend them!”
“I went into Ace yesterday to get a few things. The gentleman that waited on me was one of the most polite and courteous people I have ever encountered! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, however I did talk to him enough to know that he spent I believe 28 years on the New Washington Fire Department. So, I would like to thank you Sir for your service on the fire department and at Ace Hardware! You, Sir, are an example of customer service and the way it should be! God bless you!”
“First time visiting this store and I’ll definitely be back. Steven (hopefully spelling his name correctly) greeted me with a hello and handshake and noticed I came in with a list of things to buy. Searching other stores and Amazon, Woodcraft was the only location within 75 miles that had everything I needed. Explained to Steven the project I was working on and what I needed, got me over to the right section of the store and had everything available. First time customer and received a discount. Thankful they had everything in stock I needed, but really appreciate Steven and his helpful customer service.”

“Amazing family-owned shop. They helped me with a tricky logistics issue and didn't hesitate. Great service, fair prices, and even better people. I will be back.”
“Jason did an excellent job with assisting my wife and I with our selection of our griddle while in store. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and even assisted us with loading it into our car. He made this a very pleasant experience!”
“I love our little neighborhood hardware store! It's perfect in that it's an easy walk, the prices are excellent, and there's so much there that if I need something in a pinch to finish a project or get one started, it is so convenient to get there. If you have to drive, there's parking in the back and on the street. And as I discovered, if you like to smoke your meats, they have a selection of smoking woods and supplies.I don't like going to the massive, out of the way hardware stores, especially if I just need a few things. Oscar's knows that and what they supply is what most of us need.”
“Love Harbor Freight. Great deals on all kinds of stuff. Went here to get a bit set. EVERY associate was polite friendly and welcoming, asking if I needed any help finding things etc. . I was looking at the U.S. General series 3 tool chest. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of the tool chest. Sales associate, Eric, was more than helpful letting me know if they didn't have the one I wanted they would order it. This store knocked it out of the park all the way around. Way to go Westport road Harbor Freight.”
“The people who are incredibly nice not only do they have exactly what I needed then let me know you don't want what you think you want we have something that's going to make your job a lot easier if you just trust us I trusted them and the job was so incredibly easy thanks to them they gave me something that was so much easier to work with easier to move and it made me get done with the job at least a good 3 hours early”
“The greatest neighborhood hardware store with the best and friendliest service! They have literally almost everything and will bend over backwards to help you out!”
“Great place and great service. They have everything you'll need for electrical jobs with really good prices. 10/10 would recommend for contractors or people like me doing their own projects!”
“I was in the market for new patio furniture, looking into trading up from the Craigslist wicker furniture we have been making do withz I found this chat set by Allen + Roth Emerald Cove. It was literally the most comfortable thing I've ever said in. So easy to get in and out of! Great staff that went above and beyond to help me with the purchase.”
“Amazingly helpful. John was so knowledgeable as was the rest of the staff. Fixed my saw and saved me 100’s. I live in Clarksville, but will happily make the drive anytime I need help. THANK YOU.”
“My favorite place in the world everything a farmer needs under one roof I needed a farp snap and they had assorted colors and if you ever need plurple scrubs with jell packs they have small ones”
“I came here after going to Airgas and quoted an outrageous amount for a 20 pound bottle of CO2, this place was 2 1/2 times cheaper and much better service, I even got a brand new bottle for my trade-in.
This is the only place I will go”
“Connie and Beth at the Middleton location are about THE nicest people you could ever work with. I had to replace a bunch of door hardware from my home 40 minutes away from the store. They stayed late and helped me get it all done so I won’t have to make a return trip. Plus Connie helped me pick out hardware for my in-laws. I will always return to Willis Klein because of the great customer service these ladies gave me!! Thank you so much!!!”

“Best tool repair company I've worked with! Best price, communication, and turnaround. Nothing to complain about. Will be happy to work with them again to repair our construction tools.”
“Everyone was social distancing and wearing mask...this is first time been in a public place since March 2020. We went for corrugated drains...This gentleman that worked there was so helpful...should have gotten his name...Thank you for your help...”
“Quickly found the pole saw that I wanted, there was an associate there to unlock the cabinet and remind me to get extra bar oil. Self checkout associate helped me apply a coupon from my email. This was a good experience.”

“You never have to look for help at brownsboro hardware and paint. There's always someone there to help. Unlike the orange place or the blue place. Service like it used to be if you know what I'm sayin'.”
