“A good place to purchase propane for your grill. They also sell grills if you need one. Considered taking a star off because you have to pay for a full tank regardless of any propane left in your tank. But the service is so good. Five stars.”

“A true local business, this is the hardware store your parents and grandparents would've gone to before the big box stores put so many out of business. From the multitude of services they offer to the row of little league baseball teams they've sponsored over the years, it's clear they have deep ties to the neighborhood. The business participates with the city's residential rebate program where they can give discounts to residents who trade in gas powered lawn equipment on electric equipment. Paul helped me process the paperwork and had me out the door with a new mower at a great price in less than fifteen minutes. Couldn't recommend them more.”

Incredible wall of BBQ supplies, gotta be in the biggest selection in town! Thank you for all your help!”
“Been going to Keith's for many years and only once did they not have an item I was looking for (a template kit to install cabinet hardware). On the flip side they have had items and can do things that I never expected from such a small hardware store.

Searching other stores and Amazon, Woodcraft was the only location within 75 miles that had everything I needed. Explained to Steven the project I was working on and what I needed, got me over to the right section of the store and had everything available. First time customer and received a discount. “I love our little neighborhood hardware store! It's perfect in that it's an easy walk, the prices are excellent, and there's so much there that if I need something in a pinch to finish a project or get one started, it is so convenient to get there. If you have to drive, there's parking in the back and on the street. And as I discovered, if you like to smoke your meats, they have a selection of smoking woods and supplies.I don't like going to the massive, out of the way hardware stores, especially if I just need a few things. Oscar's knows that and what they supply is what most of us need.”
“I like coming here because it is a little more convenient than driving all the way up to Lowe's or home depot. I live towards Simpsonville and this place simply saves time. It is a little more expensive though so you have to pay some to save the 20 minutes of drive time. My last trip I got some screws for a small print project.”
“Absolute best harbor freight I’ve been too. There’s 2 closer stores to my house, but I always make the drive. Every employee I’ve encountered has been as nice and respectful as could be. Warranties are a breeze. Just grab the new set it’s from, go to the front counter, and you’re in and out within 5 min. No questions asked no receipt needed. Recently bought a new tool cart that came a little scratched and dented, I called and they set their last one in the back until I was able to make it to the store, almost 11 hours later. They helped me unload the old, and load the new box, and even helped me open the new box and get rid of the trash when it wouldn’t fit while in the packaging. 10/10 will always make the drive to this store.”

“Prospect Brownsboro Hardware....Big shout out to Alex. He was a life saver today. I had a new refrigerator installed yesterday and unbeknownst to me the water line connected to the old copper line had been leaking for 22 hours. It wasn't leaking in the kitchen, it had been leaking through the floor behind the fridge through the ceiling into the finished basement. When I went down to start the laundry today the water was running through the ceiling and lights and the carpet was soaked. I immediately shut the water off at the main, pulled the fridge out and found the source. Being a Sunday and knowing nothing about plumbing I took pictures of the problem and went straight to the Prospect store. Alex not only got me the fittings I needed he took me to a work station and literally gave me a plumbing 101 course! Seriously, he even cut off a small piece of plastic water line and walked me through exactly what I needed to do when I got home. I'm so grateful he went out of his way to help me. And, very happy to report it worked! I fixed it thanks to Alex!!”
