“I called at 4:30 pm to make appointment for next day. They told me if I could come on now that could put 2 tires on. The weather is horrible and I have to travel for work. I was there approximately 45 minutes. This is the only Big O I go to even when I lived in Louisville. They just all very nice guys . I’m very happy with this location”

This is a good place with good people. I had my car in last week for a blown tire and they got my car ready that day. I spent more than I expected due to needing brakes and rotors and saw that the road hazard warranty was declined. I reached out to Goodyear and Jason got back to me and said they put the road hazard warranty on the tire. It gave me a lot of peace of mind that I’m covered if that tire goes. I initially got a little upset because I had to borrow money to pay for the work. But it was nothing intentional it was just an accident and Goodyear took care of it. Thanks, to Goodyear and Jason.”

“I bought my first set of brand new tires from them last February (2024). Ive come back for my tire rotation and balance when I hit the suggested miles. Every time I come to this location the staff are professional, quick and friendly. Today I came in for my normal rotate and balance, and received the best customer service, which is hard to find in 2025. Apparently last time one of my lug nuts was accidentally cross threaded and snapped my stud on the tires. Since I only come here for tire maintenance it had to have happened here, but accidents happen. They immediately came and told me, showed me the lug nut and provided me with a paper to go get it fixed. Impeccable customer service with a great staff! I will always come back to this place for any tires needs!”

“I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!”
“I've been a customer for 2.5 years, regularly sending 2-3 vehicles throughout the year — mostly for oil changes, although I did get a new drive belt installed once. I've regularly gotten great service and coaching about foreseeable issues, which I've found very helpful.
However, 2025 has introduced some significant cost jumps that I find worrisome as a trend, although the inflation very well could be an industry norm. For example, in comparison to oil changes I got just 3 and 6 months ago, prices have increased as follows: oil service (+$5, +20%); oil service parts (+$3.96, +15.2%); shop supply fee (+2, +67%); environmental fee (+$2, +67%).
As an another reviewer recently noted, I also experienced an unexpected shop closure mid-day on a Thursday. I left a voicemail and we managed to sort everything out within an hour thanks to a call back, however, but it might have been a bigger issue if I were on a tighter schedule.
Overall, the trustworthiness and convenience factors still win my household's business — but due to cost increases I'll have to be cautiously optimistic in 2026, I'm afraid.”

“I have a jeep and it’s that time of year and my tires needed air. I couldn’t get the caps off trying to fill up at Thortons and I went next door to Springdale and thought I could just use a pair of pliers To get the caps off, I’ll be in good shape. Well, the young lady at the counter was so incredibly nice and she said well we can go ahead and do that .
I gave her the keys, and then remembered my dog was in the car . No problem.. Gary took my Jeep into the bay. Sammy accompanied him and in no time my tires were up to pressure!
I went to pay, but they did not charge me. It’s the small things that count and I really appreciate them and will definitely be recommending them!
