“My experience at Christian Brothers was a pleasant surprise! They are not your typical mechanic at all! I love how I could send a text anytime to get an update. I love how they emailed me pictures of what they saw in my van, explained the repair, quoted the price, and I could approve or decline online the individual repairs they suggested. They were very friendly and offered me a water/coffee/soda when I came in to the shop. When they called to tell me my van was ready, they offered to pick me up and bring me to the shop at no extra charge! And, the final price was lower than the quoted price because labor time was less! Like I said, not your typical mechanic experience! Thanks for going above and beyond and for "loving your neighbor as yourself."”

“I bought a truck from a guy that had the transmission replaced at this location a year and a half ago then moved to Georgia, verified the warranty would transfer so i purchased the truck. I noticed after a few hundred miles a pretty good leak. So i called the shop explained my situation and that i reside in georgia 6 hours away. I was told to take the truck to an ammco shop since they are a sister company. I did, the ammco shop did the work and Cottman stood behind their warranty....i would definitley recomend this shop to anyone.”

“Stopped in with a fuel hose leaking at 7am, the shop opened up at 8am. They had me in the shop by 9AM and had me on the road by noon. That was with them having to drain my fuel tanks to replace the lines. You couldn’t ask for better people, they got me done quickly and in my opinion gave me a good price. I’d recommend them to anyone.”

“We have a 1985 Rolls Royce that has an AC system that was converted from R12 to R134A. After some time, hoses failed and leaked R134A through the rubber. I priced available hoses and they were quite pricey. I too them to the Decimal Drive facility in Louisville and they made new hoses that less than 1/4 the cost of new factory supplied parts. The staff was very professional and polite. The work was done quickly and we appreciate them for providing 5 star customer service. They Rock!!!”

“I have a jeep and it’s that time of year and my tires needed air. I couldn’t get the caps off trying to fill up at Thortons and I went next door to Springdale and thought I could just use a pair of pliers To get the caps off, I’ll be in good shape. Well, the young lady at the counter was so incredibly nice and she said well we can go ahead and do that .
I gave her the keys, and then remembered my dog was in the car . No problem.. Gary took my Jeep into the bay. Sammy accompanied him and in no time my tires were up to pressure!
I went to pay, but they did not charge me. It’s the small things that count and I really appreciate them and will definitely be recommending them!
