My experience was great. Everything was made easy to do, and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. There was a slight bit of confusion on my end because this was my first time moving but, I was helped through it all quickly, and efficiently.

My oven broke down 5 days before Thanksgiving with a thermostat issue. I submitted a maintenance request and it got fixed within a day or two.

I don't like that the kitchen and bathroom are painted flat. It should be a semi gloss or eggshell sheen. That keeps moisture from damaging the walls.
