“I moved to this property 3 years ago i was amazed at location. It sits up on a hill facing nothing but nature across the way. It's beautiful and quiet at night. A peaceful place. You can leave your car door unlocked and not worry...its about 1 mile from the main gate at Ft Knox...very accessible for military families...the New property management company more specifically our new manager Sherie and her staff have done an amazing job at making significant changes to the aesthetics of this property's exterior and are in the process of remodeling vacant apartments for future tenants. I've never seen the place look more beautiful, even a long timer of 8+ years has mentioned the amazing progress...I'm looking forward to see future changes.”

“No doubt this is one of the best apartment I have lived in my life.If you will live here, I don't think that you will have any kind of issue. 100% clean and 100% secured.The most important thins is people, Bianca is one of the best person who you will meet in your life.I haven't meet Terry face-to face yet but he is so helpful when I ask for changing lamp.Unfortunately I have to move to another state and I thought that I have to write positive reviews because they deserve every single nice word.Also neighbors are so nice here.Thank you Bianca.Thank you Terry.”

“Pin Oak Villas is great. The floor plan for the 3 bedroom is wonderful and very well used. No wasted space and any problems are taken care of immediately. The staff (Randi and Joe) are superior. We miss living at Pin Oak and would not have moved if our occupations had not taken us away. You could not ask for a better townhome and staff.”
“New to the area! Moved in process was overall pretty good. The Staff was very helpful and attentive! They worked to give me an apt that would be beneficial to me and my family. Thank you!Only issue I had at move in was the storage unit. I was given one that was already occupied so I initially had to storage all my stuff in my house. The situation was fixed quickly but definitely made the move in a little stressful.Overall! Glad to be apart of the community and call this place home !!”
