“It always feels good to walk into a place and feel welcomed! I truly appreciate the staff and mechanics at Tires Plus for their excellent service and professionalism. My car has been running great, and I feel confident knowing it’s in good hands. Keep up the great work!”
“Willie and Mel's did an outstanding job on my 2015 Ford F150. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very satisfied with the results. This is a family business in Radcliff, KY and they go out of the way to make you feel like family as well. Nick provided outstanding customer service and answered all of questions honestly and provided me with great advice during the entire process. On many occassion his advice saved me money when he clearly had an opportunity to sell me a useless upgrade. I truly appreciated that. I will definitely be using Willie and Mel's for all my future upgrades.”
“Everything works and the prices are cheap so you can actually get a super clean for $5 instead of $20 like the automatic guys. Vacuums are $1, so my super dirty minivan drove out sparkling inside and out for $6.”
“Mixed reviews in these but I had a really good experience with Chris in the Service Department. He did everything he could to get my truck covered under warranty. He knew about the cam phaser issues in the 3.5 and didn't mis a beat with getting it in for diagnostic and letting me know when they were sure of the problems. Everything was covered under warranty and I'm sure he had to write something specific in the paper work to make this happen but he did it and I'm grateful for the tons of money he saved me. Truck is dead silent again, running like a clock as it should be.”
“Billy at the Walmart Tire Center in Radcliffe went above and beyond to get us back on the road today. We had a blow out south of Louisville and was only able to find the exact tire we needed in Radcliffe. Five stars isn’t enough stars for the level of service we got. Thanks again!”
