“I was at the store on the 1st of August to get a SIM card in order to port a number over from Straight Talk to Cricket. Apparently Straight Talk is difficult to port from as the store Manager had both Straight Talk and Cricket porting dept on the phone at the same time and still was able to handle other customers issues while he was on hold. Talk about multi-tasking, he never stopped. He managed to keep everything processing for my port as well as another customers actions. Great service and many thanks to Muneeb for his help and dedication to seeing the issue through to the end resulting in another happy customer.”
