“Had a great time in store, fixed a porting issue from Boost, and helped me swap a phone I just got because my daughter was essentially downgrading, Bernard and Devon got me the phone she really needed. (Had to pay a restock fee, but it's my own fault for not doing research on the phones before hand)...its no wonder this store has won internal awards months in a row (was randomly brought up while I was there) even watching them help other customers that came in (my issue took a little to research and fix and process the right way) the 2 of them made sure they at least greeted people if they weren't able to get to them right away. Bernard was helping others while waiting on some of my things to work out. Honestly really cool couple of guys those two.”
