“Our truck broke down in the middle of a cross country trip. This was the only rental car place nearby and its conveniently located near the dealership where our truck was getting fixed. Abby was very helpful on the phone and understood that we were stranded and 4hrs away from our destination. She was able to fit us in for a same day rental and get us a vehicle that fits all of our luggage. Todd came to pick us up from the dealership and was very patient as we moved all our belongings over. Todd also drove us back when we dropped the rental back off. He was very professional and welcoming. Lane assisted us in the drop off process which was very fast and easy so we could get back on the road for our remaining 6hr drive.”
