“I cannot speak highly enough of this Enterprise location. No one wants to be in a car accident and forced to drive a vehicle that isn't their own. Unfortunately, that's the position that I found myself in recently. They kept constant communication up to the point that I finally had a pickup date (my vehicle was still driveable so I didn't need to get a rental until my vehicle was in the shop). When I arrived they didn't have many vehicles (not surprising, it's been this way since COVID) but they wanted to make sure that I left with something that I was comfortable in. Since I do not drive much the vehicle didn't matter too much to me and I settled with a muscle car. It was a little awkward to get into (I'm pregnant) but I joked that I'd be right at home with the Winchester brothers from Supernatural. They explained everything in detail and made sure to point out every scratch or nick on the vehicle so that I wouldn't worry about being held liable for them. I had the vehicle for one week. Within 24 hours they had called to check on me and let me know I could swap it out if needed. Again since I don't drive much there was no need but I thought it was great customer service to follow up. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to leave the rental at the car shop when my vehicle was ready and they would pick it up so I didn't need to worry about the return. A+ customer care Enterprise!”
