“Overall, the Richmond, Ky Kohl's is Wonderful. Had 1 issue in the back return area with 1 girl but was corrected quickly by another women. Checkout was easy and clerk was sweet. All other times in the store were great.”

“i love big lots. they have tons of random items so you never know what you’ll find. i do still wish they had more of a variety . i would also like for the items to match the prices they are listed as. there are sometimes expired items on the shelves but i always check dates no matter where i am. nice and helpful staff. pretty clean store.”

“Rebekah Rose (I am so sorry if I did not spell your name correctly ?) did my ombre yesterday! First ombre ever!!! I was nervous because I explained that I have not been in a salon for a while and I definitely have some damage and box dye (?) on my hair!
She was courteous, professional, and very friendly! She explained every part of the process, answered all of my questions, and even thanked me for letting her know the state of my hair so that she could work her magic and do the treatment in a way to make sure it didn’t further damage it (and it even came out softer and healthier-feeling somehow despite bleach???? GIRL, HOW?)
Anyway, I can’t say enough great things about her. This lady is really talented and cool and did my hair exactly as I asked. Despite the damage I already had on my hair, she basically replicated the photo inspo I showed her. Amazing!

It took 3 days longer than it should have and Nathan at your pharmacy went above and beyond calling the hospital and doctors in Louisville, working to get it all approved because there was an insurance issue too. He is a great asset to your company, in these days of non existent customer service he is a true professional.”

Do not waste your time going to Nicholasville, this one is unmatched.The store is well maintained and stocked. Always a huge selection of whatever you are looking for.
