“Lauren was amazing. She greeted me and my grandmother as soon as we got into the store and asked how she could help us. I was not wanting to spend a lot of money on a mattress so she took me to the mattresses that were 1000 and under and she asked what I was looking for and helped me decide on the best mattress that they had for the price range I was looking for she was very courteous and nice all around very helpful. I would definitely recommend getting your mattress from her, but the delivery was not impressive. I had ordered a king size mattress and they delivered a full-size and I had to wait another week before I got my actual mattress and for them to pick up my old one, but that was not Lauren’s fault I do recommend checking this place out. There were some amazing deals for Labor Day weekend.”

“I wanted to thank the staff at Pieratt's, Richmond, KY. On March 3rd, I purchased a TV, with some specific features I wanted. Rod, my sales clerk, went above and beyond helping choose a model to fit my requests. When he didn't know an answer, he found someone who did - that is unusual, and much appreciated. Got it home, had some problems with some of the features so called the store. Rod, Jack, Mike and Conner all worked very hard (going above and beyond) at seeking an answer. I believe they work on the principle of making the customer happy, not just making a sale...eager to make me satisfied and happy with my purchase. If you have not been there, go, it is certainly worth your time!”
