“I can’t give the Richmond store a bad review since they helped me rectify a bad situation created by their corporate sales. I ordered a mattress on line from MattressFirm. It was a really good price. I selected a medium top. When it arrived it was a firm. Called the number provided by the online sales. All it did was refer me to a local store which did not profit at all from the sale. The local store was just as surprised as I was about the instruction to call a local store snd really didn’t know what to do. After several long phone conversations both the Hamburg and Richmond store provided an agreeable solution even though they really didn’t have s dog in the fight.
Be wary of the online sales by MattressFirm. There is absolutely no support available and the local stores have no idea.”

Rod, my sales clerk, went above and beyond helping choose a model to fit my requests. When he didn't know an answer, he found someone who did - that is unusual, and much appreciated. Got it home, had some problems with some of the features so called the store. Rod, Jack, Mike and Conner all worked very hard (going above and beyond) at seeking an answer. I believe they work on the principle of making the customer happy, not just making a sale...eager to make me satisfied and happy with my purchase.
