Alvin, the customer service specialist who assisted me was absolutely outstanding. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time to walk me through all of our options, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood the upgrades and new phone features before I made any decisions.
What stood out the most was how helpful and attentive he was throughout the entire visit. He never rushed us and made sure I felt confident about my choices. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. He is hands down the best customer service specialist I have came across!
