“I was sad when Travis told me he was selling his store. But these guys that took over made the store 100 percent better. This is my favorite place in KY. I can be having the worse day ever and when I come in, everyone is smiling and happy. They treat everyone with respect. Mission and Kishan are the absolute best store keepers in Richmond.”
“Always a fun stop. My husband enjoys the banter with the employees and keeps them on their toes with questions. They give him good advice when he is choosing something different. Mango Rum with some pink lemonade (generic brand just won't work with this) is absolutely a reasonably priced mixture for a crowd.Employees are awesome and seems to enjoy their job. ;)”

Efficient Drive Thru, store is always well stocked & on rare occasions that I requested something out of stock, they always have a substitute to suggest & are restock within a couple days. For all those reasons Im a loyal customer & will remain so! At least as long as I drive this way omw home from work! ?”

“I had great service today. Staff was good and courteous. I believe my cashier name was Amy with blue hair highlights. My mind was in the gutter and I left a few bags of groceries there and she went after me to give me the remaining bags. She went out of her way to fix my problem and I appreciate it. My mind wasn't all there and because of her I was able to get my groceries back. Thank you”

“I've been Loyal to Kroger Pharmacy for years. However, as of late its not quite what it used to be. It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone most of the time, I've had to call 6+ times over a 6 hour period to reach them before. They have run out of my medication more than once, and I've had in-app refill requests get completely removed/deleted without any notification, and didn't find out until I go to pick it up. All in all I still usually can get my meds, even if a little later than anticipated, and their prices are cheaper than many places, so I will still give 4* for the times it does go smoothly.”
