“The store is always clean and even on the days is seems as if everyone in Richmond ky. Decided to go to Save A Lot to do there shopping, weather it be to get just a few items or much more. The check out line seems to always move right along reasonably. Thanks to the cashiers who welcomes all customers and giving them an exsuclent shopping experience so they want to revisit their local Save A lot store aging.”
“Meijer ever so often has some fruit on sale. This time it was the strawberries. It's getting that time again when all the fruit is ripe and ready to sale. I know the winter months is hard with no ripe fruit. I was here this past week and all there fruit and vegetables was going fast with the warm weather I say they're will be a lot of cookouts!!!”
“Kelly’s Fruit Market is a true Richmond treasure! Their produce is always incredibly fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. I love stopping in for seasonal fruits and veggies, local favorites, and all the little specialty items you can’t find in big grocery stores. The staff is friendly, helpful, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It has that perfect small-town, family-owned feel that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local spot!”

“How could you ever “not” find what you’re looking for when Dollar General has Generally opened the same store 6 times within a 5 mile radius. FAR from complaining btw.
If one store doesn’t carry what you need at that time, the other stores will for sure. During a recent visit, a customer was quick to show hate and throw shade because “their items weren’t available in bulk numbers” claiming the employee (whom they asked to help them) was “SOOOO rude” and how they couldn’t believe how incompetent the employee was at their job while vocally downplaying their ability to attend to one’s needs, even went as far as destroying merch on the way out. People are the worst and personally I’ve never, out of the 6 stores we’ve got in this town, ever had the slightest of issue w service.
Around here, DG stores are providing quality merchandise, phenomenal store support, and excellent customer service within or outside of physical stores.

“Very clean, organized, friendly and a helpful staff. A friend of mine told me that they had a pretty good breakfast. I had been going to Fast Lane but it’s further into Richmond. So, I stopped in last Saturday morning and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious!! The biscuits were better and you could actually taste the eggs unlike Fast Lane. I was told they had a breakfast buffet thru the week. So, I will be checking that out very soon!! Really appreciate the friendly staff!! I was in the gas business for 15 years and I know how hard it is to find good people!! Great job!!”

“Clean. Cashier was ehh... towards my daughter and me. It was busy though so maybe he had had a long, rough day. Lots of variety to choose from regardless of what you were shopping for.”
“Definitely a place worth doing any shopping at all just be aware of quality of items although at times higher quality than Walmart and better value at the same time and same with other places like this but overall really not ever had any problems that any locations even out of state absolutely worth the shopping experience for sure”

“I had great service today. Staff was good and courteous. I believe my cashier name was Amy with blue hair highlights. My mind was in the gutter and I left a few bags of groceries there and she went after me to give me the remaining bags. She went out of her way to fix my problem and I appreciate it. My mind wasn't all there and because of her I was able to get my groceries back. Thank you”
“Always clean and nice friendly people. Sometimes I revert back to my childhood which was like Mayberry USA and like to hear all the chatter and do some chatting myself. I can find out about all the best deals. This store it's ok to hang about for a minute or two for some human contact.”

“I've been Loyal to Kroger Pharmacy for years. However, as of late its not quite what it used to be. It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone most of the time, I've had to call 6+ times over a 6 hour period to reach them before. They have run out of my medication more than once, and I've had in-app refill requests get completely removed/deleted without any notification, and didn't find out until I go to pick it up. All in all I still usually can get my meds, even if a little later than anticipated, and their prices are cheaper than many places, so I will still give 4* for the times it does go smoothly.”

The sandwiches looked amazing. The lady gave me a sample of watermelon , that was fantastic !
I enjoyed it greatly
Ended up buying one.
Definitely will be back to try a sandwich or cheeseburger !”
