I came in today to see about getting my bill lowered, and they were able to look over my account and find some services I wasn't using and eliminate them to cut costs. Great customer service.

I had a great experience at this shop. I was helped in the best way possible by a nice young man. I didn't have a good experience with the other store near the Meijer in Richmond, the guy didn't seem like he knew what the hell he was talking about. But this one on Sylvia Drive is the best place to go for a phone or if you are having any issues with your plan or device. Thank God for this store, good people. Made my day with a positive experience.

Corey Crouch was a tremendous help in assisting me upgrading my phone. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and above all honest. He took the time to explain my bill, upgrade options, and general information I did not know. He was also very available and willing to help at various times throughout the day. Excellent experience.

Had trouble with some applications on my phone the Verizon wireless sales representative did a good job removing a lot of adware on my phone. Phone is working better.

My husband and I just had a very complicated billing issue with our account and the gentleman (Verizon representative) that helped us resolve the issue was exceptional. He was was professional, knowledgeable and spent spent so much time learning about the issue to help us resolve it. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service we received and it made a stressful experience much more manageable and the issue was resolved. This gentleman deserves a raise and promotion.

Representative was very quick to get me help. Told him what I was looking for and needed and he very quickly found me everything I needed. Representative was very friendly and easy to talk to and understand. He didn't try to push anything on me i didn't want or need. Very happy with my transaction and my experience.

I thought I needed extra storage on my phone..but then I couldn't find it again. Anyway the sales representative was most helpful, and even showed me that I could change my old dragon plan to a new and much better one for less than 3 dollars a month. I was happy to do so and get the added benefits. Thank you Verizon.

Came in to pay my bill and the young man was very helpful to get my bill paid and set up my Verizon app. He even got me all set up on autopay so I don't have to worry about that. So pleasant and so personable and trustworthy.

I came in with an issue that arose when I received a collections letter from Verizon relating to an issue we had resolved months earlier when we switched from a personal to business account. The initial account set up was done improperly and it has been a nightmare for several months dealing with it resulting in the collections letter. We actually didn’t owe anything but since the initial account was set up wrong it created a paperwork issue that no one could fix or had the authority to fix. I came in angry and asked for the manager. This young man said let me give it a try if you don’t mind first. I gave him a shot and I was beyond impressed. He untangled a massive issue that was extremly complicated. I could not leave enough good words to describe this young mam’s customer service and expertise. You are lucky to have him on your team! Employees like him are valuable and hard to replace. He should be a manager if he isn’t on his way already!

Everything in store today was perfect, this is my regular Verizon stop. The reps today were able to help me figure out a good option for a new phone and get all my stuff moved over onto the new one. Friendly and quick!

I came into this store because my phone service had gone out and I couldn't make or receive any phone calls or text messages. Didn't have to wait more than a minute or two before they had the phone fixed up and properly running again. Also helped me switch to an unlimited plan!

Fast efficient very friendly even had the color Apple Watch I wanted very satisfied with the amazing service and help offered. This is the store I usually go to, and the service lately has been awesome. I drive by this store all the time so it’s the most convenient one for me.
