Ray at the front desk was very patient and informative without feeling like he was trying to pressure you into buying the most expensive tires they had. While I did pick out a very good pair of Continentals, I felt like the information he gave is what led me to that decision, not high pressure sales tactics. I've had the tires on for a few weeks now and I feel even better about the decision I made. The price was good and the service was excellent”

“This was the second time I have used Car-X for services. It was many years ago when I first used them which was a great experience, but the most recent visit was exemplary.
I had a battery drain issue on one on my cars, also with one of the power windows not working, and a slow leak from one of the tires. I was expecting a price quote of at least $500+, but after their diagnosis; the battery drain was from an after market remote starter which they disabled, then they just had to relearn/reset the window due to the battery issues, fixed the bead seal for the wheel, and the cost was well below what I was expecting.
They could have easily pushed unnecessary repairs and parts, but they didn't. With their honest work and pricing, they have gained my trust and will continue using them for any car repairs in the future.”
“I've been a customer since I got my license and Honda in 2017! Sean is an excellent mechanic and communicator, and most importantly HONEST AND AFFORDABLE!! When I upgraded to the 2008 RAV4, I had an ongoing issue with the brakes after a couple years of ownership. I frequented Bob's Auto Repair to find the root of the problem, and wasn't charged until the final time when the enigma was solved! His prices are much more competitive compared to dealerships, and his team's work is much more efficient. Living nearby, it's really convenient to drop my car off overnight and go for a mile run back home, then pick it up the next day. I usually get my car back within 3-4 hours, and that's for a detailed inspection and routine maintenance. And with my current 2020 RAV4 and with the full-time job responsibilities, I can count on still being able to have a ½-day at work due to their efficiency. I sold a car to one of my friends, and I recommended Bob's Auto Repair to him. 2 years later and a different car, and he too is a returning customer and he lives 20 minutes away. I promise, you won't find better service or pricing anywhere else.”

“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”
“How much easier could it be?! Took my vehicle down to S&W Tire & Car Care for a brake job and it was just like great service should be. The final price was just as quoted.
