I ask his name, it was Steve, this guy is knocking it out of the park with customer service. This man knows how to treat customers and I needed to recognize him for how well he does his job.”

“I rented an auger and bit. I was informed I had to put a cash deposit when I phoned beforehand. I returned the auger early and received a partial refund, as well as my full cash deposit.The auger worked perfectly, no problems at all. I was instructed how to operate it before I took it away. They loaded it on my truck, and unloaded it when I returned.Mark was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will return when I need other rentals.”
