Well to honest, the sales rep was extremely rude due to the fact that I walked into the store 15 minutes before they were to close. The entire time, he acted like it was a huge inconvenience to helping my daughter and I. I will no longer give my business to this store.

They were nice and friendly to work with. Not stuffy and upnosed like some places. Actually tried to help in saving money and getting better signal and service than what I had. Paying a little less than before with the other company and so far I have great signal from my house which has been the main issue with my decision to change.

My livelihood depends completely on my cell phone. I was lost with a old cell phone that wasn't recognizing my sim card. Another store blamed it on the phone carrier and referred me. I just knew somehow that this store would fix the issue after a morning of wild goose chasing. I drove 45 minutes out of the way JUST to have this store's level of customer service.. It took AUSTIN less than 10 minutes to solve my issue. I drove away crying because I had basically accepted that I was going to lose my job today and I'm so relieved. I am still teary-eyed because I really needed that kindness and compassion that Austin gave me me today. Austin went above and beyond. He didn't just fix someone's cell phone, he saved me, a single mom, from losing everything. I have never had anything but great service from this store and I'm beyond impressed with Austin's customer service. Thank you AT&T for people like Austin representing you! He deserves employee of the year!!

Boyfriend had a trade in device right before covid shutdown. They said it would bring his monthly bill on new device. He signed a contract (which they claimed to have lost) and everything after turning in device. We never got that credit, our bill never go lowered. They just took our phone and refuse to adjust bill. DO NOT GO HERE. Make sure you don’t go to this franchise.

Mask policy was not enforced here. Employees were wearing masks but almost no customers were and no employee enforced it. Will not be returning here again.
