This is the third time using Carrell Roger's Carpet One. Ken Martin helped us pick out Somerset Engineer hardwood flooring. The installer, Jason was excellent , Jason was able to level sub floors that most installers would have walked away from I can't say enough about his quality of work

They installed LVP flooring in our basement and new carpeting on the stairs. We love the look! Their installers were prompt, professional, and helpful. Tiger, in particular, went out of his way to make suggestions that greatly improved the looks of the flooring. We could not be happier.

We recently purchased carpet for one bedroom and hardwood for our great room. Working with Ken Martin was most certainly a pleasure. He was most considerate of our time, shared samples, and used his business expertise to allow us to make our best choices. Mike Nicholas, hardwood installer, was fantastic being most concern with doing a quality job. I am THRILLED with my new flooring and carpet! Ken Martin was wonderful to work with, came out to the house with samples and gave advise (that I’m glad I followed, thanks for making me do the pantry!), measured everything and gave a quote on the spot. Delivery was smooth, and Chip did amazing with the installation, he obviously takes pride in his work. I have two more rooms that will eventually need to be done, and they will definitely get a phone call.

Replacing all of our flooring seemed like an ordeal waiting to happen, but Ken Martin and his crew got the job done on time and with absolutely minimal disruption. Chip and Matt were courteous, efficient, and easy to work with. When Ken called after the work was completed, we told him how much we admired the way this company conducted their business. My wife and I are happy to recommend their products and craftsmanship.

Drove Past the Hurstbourne Lane location yesterday and remembered what a poor experience we had with Carrell Rogers. The insulation of our carpet was not a good experience. Damaged walls, ceiling, and even damaged furniture. There are also several spots where seams aren’t blending together like they should, however they aren’t near as bad as one reviewer noted. Ken MacDonald was our salesman. He is excellent. Totally professional and knows his business. Our hardwood flooring installer, Will, did a superb job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and beauty of our new flooring. We highly recommend Carrell Rogers!

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The owner Ken Martin made a trip to my house and brought samples of flooring to get the sale. That was great but once the carpet was laid and it was not correct, he was supposed to return with samples of vinyl flooring (he lived close to my neighborhood). He never came back or called. I have now received a bill for the remaining $1000 i owe. I called and reminded him that he never called or returned so i had another company come and lay the vinyl floor. It cost me $500 to get that piece laid. Mr Martin even agrees that he was supposed to return and that he simply forgot and is not agreeing to remove the $500. He will do everything in his power to get your business and your money but once the job is done if you are not happy you are just out of luck!

Somebody was supposed to be at my home to measure on Saturday at 9:30, I had to call them at 9:45 and they didn’t remember my appointment, and somebody finally came around 10... then I went to the store and got 2 quotes on 2 different carpets, and called on Monday to schedule a date to have it installed. Ken said he would have to call me back Tuesday morning. Never received a call until today (Wednesday) for him to tell me he couldn’t find anything about my quote and I would need to come back to the store. Will definitely be going elsewhere.8/1/2020 Was told to call the owner, Ken Martin. However, Ken is the one who we had the problem with.
