Went in, looking for rubber mallets and found EXACTLY what was needed. Had a nice gentleman, point me in the right direction and had a very nice, ginger lady, wish us a warm and productive day.

We worked with Virginia today as we bought a Allen and Roth electric fireplace. Virginia gave us excellent customer service. We werent the easiest to work with as we went over all options. She went above and beyond to help us. If you go to Lowe's in shep ask for Virginia she will take care of you. Thank you Virginia!!
