Got new dryer, not 1st choice because there wasn't one available in store,but 2nd choice acceptable. But didn't receive rewards. Wasn't aware of Lowe's rewards. Probably could have gotten them when I purchased my new washer before. Hopefully will get these . Thanks

Thank you to Manager Devin and the cashier for overriding the 3 month return policy on our patio screens, new and still in packaging!!!!! Shop here at Shephardsville instead of Lowe's at 2100 Bashford Manor Lane, Louisville, KY 40218. #1923. Manager was a disgrace that denied us the return @1923.

Terrible, terrible terrible phone Service called 10 times tell me to hold on and hang up and this is how you get treated. After being a loyal customer, this is what made me go to Home Depot from now on they can’t even answer the phone. They suck. Nobody up her nose when you ask him a question they don’t know. Both Elizabethtown and Shepherdsville the same thing

Cashier experience was amazing. Sorry I don't remember her name. I do however remember the name of the entitled, arrogant, mouthy young boy that loaded the mulch in my sister's truck. Dominick was his name. He complained as we first drove up talking about how he didn't want to work today. Said it like 4 times. Then proceeded to throw the mulch in the truck hard enough that my sister got out of the truck to ask if he had to throw the mulch like that, his answer...yep sorry I do. Rude. I told him that I was in here the other day and the young men that helped me were amazing and that he was making this bad for everyone. He literally shrugged his shoulders like these young people do, you know, where he thinks I didn't see it. I normally don't take matters to management but this time I did. The other two young people that were helping were super friendly and were almost (almost) apologetic for Dominick. Me and my sister spoke to management and hope that they move this kid to a position that doesn't require him to have face to face encounters with customers.
I do love this store, just a bad experience today.

Dale in plumbing is a complete plumbing Rockstar. He helped save us a good 400 dollars in plumbing repair and his customer service skills were top notch. This guy deserves a raise. Great Job..

I am not sure what is going on with this store. I have shopped at this Lowes since it opened 16 years ago. I went in today to find out that an employee that had been there since it opened and had worked his way up to Assistant Manager was let go. I was told he was let go for false accusations. The employee that I spoke with was also upset about it. Said that several other people had quit because of it. The employee that was let go was a true asset to lowes. It is hard to find deicated and hard working employees these days. You lost a very valuable person. Also that the Manager that let him go called him on the phone and told him! Wasn't even Man enough to face him. In my opinion the store Manager has ruined the wonderful shopping experience and the overall moral of the store.

Needed building supplies for making a handmade storm door myself. Found most of what I needed fairly easy, and the 2 things I couldn't, an associate was quick to notice I was in need of assistance, and also quick to jump on the helping train, and knew exactly where to find the things I needed. I always have a great experience when shopping here. I don't like being treated as if I need help as soon as I walk through the door because I am a woman in a hardware store, and I never get made to feel that way here at this location. Everything I needed was in stock and easily accessible without having to reach or climb. Pretty fair pricing as well, although Ace hardware has them beat on tacking nails prices. But the atmosphere makes it worth the extra buck fifty.

I did my first review way too soon! My fault. Do not purchase any of Lowe’s protection plans. Total scam. The amount of time you will spend to get 50percent back will cost you more. Don’t listen to the cashier about how it works cause it’s clearly not explained to them. They don’t know. Your 50percent will be a Lowe’s gift card after you have been instructed to go buy your item a second time. Yeah, that’s your warranty. So after you buy it again you will get 50percent back on the 2nd purchase for a Lowe’s card. Total Scam. Don’t believe me, reach out to me and I’ll be more than happy to send you the proof.

Stopped by to pick up some lawn treatment supplies and plumbing parts. I noticed they have a recycling bin in the cart area for batteries, bags and fluorescent light bulbs, attaching photos to this review. Some very nice employees today, offered to assist me in finding what I was looking for. They even had a cashier working so I didn't have to checkout at the self checkout stations! A very pleasant visit! Thanks Lowe's
