“I can not say enough how much they care about the animals and their parents. I had an emergency today, 2 vets in Mount Washington turned me away because they said they didn’t have any spots open even though I was covered in my dog’s blood due to the injury. I walked into Bullitt County Veterinary center and without any hesitation, they took a us in with so much compassion. Hands down the best place to go to. Thank you guys so much!”
“Dr. BOBB has been caring for our pets since 1972. He cates for our Lizzy ike she was his own and Lizzy loves him. When she came out of ICU a couple years ago he was as excited and happy as this momma. She will be 14 years old thanks to his great care. Thank you Dr Bobb.”
“I'd never been here but we had to put our cat down and they were able to get us in quick, when others had a long waiting list. They were extremely affordable but most of all they were very compassionate which in a situation like that is desperately needed. So if you're looking for a new vet, absolutely look into them. It's a small practice + they seem to really take care of anyone who comes in there”

“My family used Shively Animal Hospital for years, hated that place! Always a Long wait, Dr MaryJane Fush and the rest of her staff being rude as humanly possible. Absolutely ZERO compassion for the animals. THANK GOD I found Bannon Woods Veterinarian Hospital!!! Every member of their staff, from the receptionist to the Vet's themselves were very informative and friendly. Even without an appointment, these wonderful people were able to see both my dogs and the prices were better than Shively Animal Hospital also. Better service, Better Care, I'm Never going back to Shively ever again! Bannon Woods has earned my services from this day forward! Just make sure you make an appointment first. I'll remember that myself next time. I am highly grateful for them taking me anyways, they could have scheduled me an appointment and sent me on my way, but they didn't. And with the office visit, shots and vaccines for both dogs and even flea treatments and testing, I was in and out in under an hour and less than $450. (Again, remember that is for 2 dogs)”

“We had an urgent need to put our sweet kitty to sleep. She had lost so much weight, was not eating or drinking, and we had no clue why. Just knew she was suffering. Their price was very reasonable, and our vet was so kind and knowledgeable. She told us the why. Without us knowing, her liver had given up ?. The vet gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. So hard, but they didn't rush us. I will keep them in mind for all of our vet needs.”

“It had been a long time since I visited Shep animal hospital, last time was before the remodel. Today, I brought my two cats as a walk in due to them being sick. They treated me and my cats right away and were so kind while taking care of us. Amber was fantastic and very sweet, I felt very confident, comfortable and safe letting her take care of my babies while waiting for Dr. Stone. Which he also did fantastic as well. I will be taking all 6 of my animals to shep animal from now on, way to go team and thank you so much!”
