“I always visit to purchase this brand of toilet tissue "strong and soft" which is two ply and feels just like a major brand such as Angel Soft. Also getting items such as Colgate toothpaste and Air wick aerosol for only $1.25 each. Spent less than $10 for 7 items. Would have paid twice as much at another retailer!”
“Very polite and the wait time in line was very quick but efficient. Store was cleaner than other Dollar Stores I've been in. They let me have my service dog without any questions. When at another dollar they made me leave. They said customers were complaining when the customers were telling me how cute he was. And I told them he was a service dog. And you aren't supposed to touch a service dog. He is a Shih Tzu. Maybe 10lbs. I was shocked that she made me leave. But other than that. My experience today was much better. And they had more and different stuff than the other Dollar Store.”
“I live closer to another dollar store on Rockford Lane but they had to close up early. So I headed over there this one and I was pleasantly surprised that even though the store is laid out differently pretty much the same stuff and I was able to find what I needed always convenient.”

“Man this place has a good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and always keeps a smile on there face. Registers tend to give cashiers trouble at times so they have to call another employee bit they are right on top of fixing it and getting you on your way. “Normally we'll stocked and clean compared to other stores. Huge selection of items. Sadly they've been really bad about being closed during posted open hours. Claim they were short staffed but saw 4 employees answering the door. Store wasn't open during business hours twice in the last month. Come on y'all...get that 5rh star. :)”
“The shelves are getting low but this Family Dollar will be open Christmas Eve until 10:00pm. So if you need to buy something get there quick! I found what I needed and checked out very quickly and people were coming and going buying Christmas stuff. I was just there for candy for my grandnieces & nephews, but I picked up some cards and last minute gifts. It was organized and clean as could be expected in this season.”

“This is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. “One of the better DG's in the area as far as selection, cleanliness, etc. Only complaint I have? Your manager(I believe she's the manager)? Yea, worst customer service/friendliness EVVVER. Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?”

“This store has a great variety of stock. Even some unique pieces that I don't see it the big store downtown. However they followed me around as if I were going to steal something even though my cart was pretty full and I spent a significant amount of money there.”
