“I had a great experience at The North Face outlet store. The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop. They had a good selection of jackets, hoodies, and accessories at really good outlet prices. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient while answering my questions. I was able to find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for quality gear at a fair price. I will definitely come back again!”

“The young ladies working there were very diligent, professional, polite, and helpful. They had the store so organized and clean. They were also extremely knowledgeable about Levi style and of store inventory. They were managing the crowds like champs. The cherry on top of it all was how encouraging and complimentary they were about my choices. They were just great. I hope to come back many more times.”
“Tommy Hilfiger outlet shop located at the shoppes at bluegrass in simpsonville Kentucky. The way you know you are truly at an outlet mall is if they have a Tommy Hilfiger outlet. And simpsonville does so that makes them official. I have personally enjoyed Tommy products and clothes since the mid 90s and I still like to shop here. Clothing is on the pricey side but they do run a lot of 40 percent off sales which makes there pricing average with other major retailers. Overall any time I've seen a Tommy shop since I was a kid I always walk in and browse around some. I like the fashion styles they have and comfort levelOf most of there items as well.”

“I came to the outlet mall to shop around for some new jeans. Out of all the stores I went in to, this one was the only one where anyone acknowledged my presence and actually spoke to me. While I ended up not buying anything today, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in comparison to my other stops while I was at the mall today. “Great outlet that feels like visiting a typical store. You'll find a few deals here that are noted as "outlet special" only. Old Navy is a staple for us to buy casual clothes for the entire family. Restrooms available in the dressing room area. The dressing rooms were kept clear and had no wait to try on clothing.”

“Stopped in on June 26, 2025 and had a great experience. They were just starting a July 4th sale and I was looking for a charcoal suit to replace an older one. The store manager, Rocco, seriously hooked me up. He tracked down everything in my size and they had shirts of all sizes ready to go by the fitting rooms. I picked up the charcoal, along with a dark navy and a more casual navy/grey windowpane suit for only $1100. Nearly refreshed my work wardrobe in one trip. To make it even better, since I don't live locally, Rocco set it up to have the suits shipped directly to my house for $9, and they arrived two days later, before I was even home! The shop itself was immaculate, everything organized and neat. I read some other people had bad experiences, but it looks like Rocco got the shop squared away and running right now. Next time I'm in Kentucky, I'll be back for shirts and ties.”
“The sale section is my love, it's really cheap. The cheapest $2 T-shirts, children's clothes, dresses, I bought $60 more, ready to give to a friend's child at the end of the trip. You can send 6 children. It's really cheap.”

“Love this store. It's so cute and has such pretty dresses. I didn't get the name of the lady who helped us(she has very short blond hair) she was so helpful getting my daughter a dress. She set us up a dressing room and made so much effort getting the things we wanted. As for the review with the dog, it's not true. We were standing right next to her. That lady working at the store was so friendly. My daughter also said she likes her very much cause she's so nice. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this store.”

“The young woman was very helpful and polite during my visit. Even though it was just a simple size exchange, without my original sales receipt it became a monumental task as this store didn't stock this item. HOWEVER, the young lady waiting on me stayed with it and after a few phone calls and web searches managed to get the items ordered and hopefully shipped to me. (we'll see) I was lucky the store wasn't really busy, and she had time to do this as she seemed to be the only one working..”
