“I had a great experience at The North Face outlet store. The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop. They had a good selection of jackets, hoodies, and accessories at really good outlet prices. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient while answering my questions. I was able to find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for quality gear at a fair price. I will definitely come back again!”

“Tommy Hilfiger outlet shop located at the shoppes at bluegrass in simpsonville Kentucky. The way you know you are truly at an outlet mall is if they have a Tommy Hilfiger outlet. And simpsonville does so that makes them official. I have personally enjoyed Tommy products and clothes since the mid 90s and I still like to shop here. Clothing is on the pricey side but they do run a lot of 40 percent off sales which makes there pricing average with other major retailers. Overall any time I've seen a Tommy shop since I was a kid I always walk in and browse around some. I like the fashion styles they have and comfort levelOf most of there items as well.”
“This was a huge J&M store, very well organized. I only noticed men’s product in the store, such as apparels, shoes, and accessories. The store had a huge inventory of shoes. In the back wall of the store, they also had shelves full of shoes on sale. For apparels, they had shirts, pants, coats, jackets and coats. Different sizes were available.
The prices of the items were slightly higher, as their products are excellent quality. There were couple of associate in the store, both were very friendly and assisted me with trying different products.”
“This Gap outlet store was so big and they had so much apparel goods for men, women and kids. Most of the store was nicely organized. The fitting rooms had short lines. Multiple associates were available all around the store. The prices were good, especially the sale that was up to 60% on items.
We primarily went to the store to buy sweaters, long sleeves and pants for our 6 yo. We were very happy to see they had so much variety, including some of our daughter’s favorite like Disney characters, unicorns and festive designs. Most of the items had good availability of sizes. We bought about 10 items from the store. Checkout was quick. We received additional discount at the register for being Gap cardholder.”
“Was very busy but found great prices on clothes we were looking for! Had wonderful customer service even though the checkout line was long but with the prices they had and as busy as the outlet mall was checkout was smooth and I didn't feel like I was in there forever!”
“Great outlet that feels like visiting a typical store. You'll find a few deals here that are noted as "outlet special" only. Old Navy is a staple for us to buy casual clothes for the entire family. Restrooms available in the dressing room area. The dressing rooms were kept clear and had no wait to try on clothing.”
“I came to the outlet mall to shop around for some new jeans. Out of all the stores I went in to, this one was the only one where anyone acknowledged my presence and actually spoke to me. While I ended up not buying anything today, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in comparison to my other stops while I was at the mall today. The store itself was also very clean and everything was neatly presented. I’ll definitely come back in the future!”

I had to exchange a suit - which was ordered by someone else for the wedding party I am in and did not fit. He helped me get everything in sizes that fit perfectly off the rack. He ran around the store grabbing what I needed so quickly and made things so easy for me. Perfect customer service experience!”
“The sale section is my love, it's really cheap. The cheapest $2 T-shirts, children's clothes, dresses, I bought $60 more, ready to give to a friend's child at the end of the trip. You can send 6 children. It's really cheap.”
