Francesca's is a cute store with pretty dresses and super cute shirts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and nice, offering excellent customer service. They make an effort to help find items, set up dressing rooms, and can arrange purchases for pickup at other locations. Thank you, Teri! We had a wonderful experience! I found a super cute shirt that bloused out just a bit too much. Teri checked the back for the next size up, because we didn’t find the rack, then offered to purchase it in-store for us and set up a pickup for a different location!
