Advance Auto Parts has great prices and helpful, understanding employees. The manager is awesome and always has answers to questions. Professional friendly staff will point u in the right direction if they don't have an item. New employees have replaced staff, and some customers find it hard to determine if a product will fit before opening it. The return policy requires items to be unopened. When a customer needed ATV sealants, the staff knew exactly where they were and the customer was in and out very quickly. The store offers friendly service, good prices, and quick service, though some newer staff may need time to match previous customer confidence.
