“Chad and his crew went above and beyond to repair my Jeep Wagoneer. It was damaged in the hail storm in June in Richmond. I waited months for another body shop to pull mine in to be fixed and was told they had to wait for parts. It’s the first new car I have ever owned and it broke my heart every day to see all the damage from the storm. I was recommended to take it to Impact Collision after telling others I was still waiting for repairs. I called and they were able to get it in right away. The whole shop worked in a timely manner, kept me informed of the whole process, and had my car looking as beautiful as the day I bought it when I picked it up. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My lane assist wasn’t working and the dealership had told me it was from the damage, impact couldn’t find a thing wrong with the actual sensor and even helped me get the dealer to fix it since it wouldn’t be covered by insurance. If I ever need a body shop again, this would be where I would take it!”

"25% off any one tool!" Multiple tools listed on the coupon as "excluding this tool". Oh. And chances are you won't even see the coupon because you will see the add for 25% off any one tool, go in to buy it, then realize at checkout that they scan a coupon to give the discount.”

“Service is good. The guy got right on the computer, told me exactly how much I would need. He knew quite a bit about the vehicle. Was able to buy a single manifold gasket instead of the whole kit like every other store I'll talk to. Hook the vehicle up for me and ran through the diagnostics with me reassuring me what I was thinking was wrong was wrong. Plus gave me extra information on how to keep my truck tip top! “I purchased a used 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier from Danny Sweet. He was very helpful. They do attempt to upsale extras such as extended warranties and the like at closing but overall, still a good experience. I have experienced a few issues with my car that have thankfully all been under the warranty and this is where I feel they really showed their level of professionalism and true customer courtesy. Each time my car has been in their shop I have been provided with a courtesy vehicle to drive. All of the service guys have been very nice and helpful. Mr. Joe Cummins was who I dealt with while having a issue on a weekend and he made sure I had a car to drive until they reopened on Monday. He didn’t make me feel like I was a bother at all even though I know it was a very inconvenient time for him as he had other customers he was helping as well. The service after the sale has been exceptional and although I have had some issues with my car I would still highly recommend them as they stand behind their vehicles and keep the process as hassle free as possible.”
