This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
You can get any done unless they are completely dead, one car in front of you in the line and it takes 20-30 mins to get waited on. Nice people. Just not efficient with work. People are on lunch for an hour and it takes a whole lunch break to do anything. If they didn't have mobile banking I would move unfortunately.

I have been banking with Truist Bank, Mutural Federal, BBand T I have never ever had any trouble with banking, these people are professional, they are alway so friendly and knowledgeable of what they are doing, and are willing to help you in any way they can. People must learn to be patient, this isn’t McDonald.
