Just bought a new nissan sentra and was treated extremely well by Michael Zheng and staff. I have bought many vehicles over the years and can tell when someone is being genuine or fake, these folks are fantastic and will take care of you! Absolutely love this place! Great prices and great attitudes from everyone!

Don Franklin Nissan Somerset. What can I say? A lot! We have had multiple Nissans and everyone has always been wonderful from appointment setting to sales to service. This is my second purchase from them. I actually went in for service but when I saw Michael Zheng, I immediately sat with him to explain my new unique situation, what I needed and what I was looking for in my next ride. My next potential vehicle happened to be in Lexington. He had it waiting on the lot for me when I returned from two errands. Needless to say, by the pictures I now have this awesome Grand Cherokee! Michael was able to get the vehicle delivered and start working with me on all aspects of the deal. He listens, is patient and courteous and easy to talk to. He even arranged pick up of my second trade, keys, title, etc. from my home as I was unprepared not having planned a trade. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you seek him out when you are looking for your next ride! When I got to finance, Danny Young had me in and out of there way faster than I expected. Last shout out to service who ALWAYS takes great care of us including getting me in and out in record time when I haven’t had an appointment! Overall DFN has always offered top-notch service. If you know what you want or are just starting the process, go see Michael or give him a call!

I got a fantastic deal at Nissan Somerset KY! My salesman Cody Charles is the best. He got me out of my old car and into a super nice Nissan Murano that I absolutely love. He treats you like family and he definitely deserves the recognition of top seller!!! I highly recommend him!

The Good: Basic requested service work was done and 50,000 mile services were added after discussion with service representative. The Bad: The work ticket indicated that a multipoint inspection was done. However, the report form attached to the work invoice was a totally blank form with no documentation of the inspection! This was not noticed till my return home. This raises questions as to the completeness of the other work reportedly done over the 2 hour shop time.
