“So glad I stumbled across this bookstore while going to the cute coffee shop across the road. I came out with some great quality candles that smell wonderful! Gave them as fun fall gifts to my 3 grown kids and they loved them.”

Well I visited again yesterday and did not have such a great experience. I was in the fabric section and there were 3 employees working but only 1 was helping customers. I asked if this one could cut my fabric and she said no she was only doing something else today and continued on. I would think you could stop what you are doing and help a customer then go back to your work. Other people heard heard heard her tell me this and were quiet shocked as well. I was going to just leave and not purchase the item but decided to see how the other employee did. She was efficient and good at her job but could have been nicer. I was very disappointed in that part of the store for sure as there is hardly no place to get fabric from. I guess they know that.”
