“The customer center is nice enough . The woman behind the desk was very helpful . That aside , the reason I had to travel here is somewhat annoying . UPS always swears that the address problem is on the sender , but only UPS has this problem so ....... Hopefully things get sorted so I don't have to make future trips here .”

“Great burning pellets! I've been burning Hamers hot ones for 4 years now, my Hamers supplier got fairly pricey this year so I went in search of something new. I picked up 4 tons of the Somerset pellets for the winter at my local Menards, the heat is comparable where I see the biggest difference is in the cleaning very very little ash half or less of what I would see from the Hamers. Which tells me they are burning complete. Great product. Thanks much I will be looking for somersets moving forward as long as they don't get crazy with the price gouging.”
