“I have shopped food city for many years. Every one working there has always been very friendly and helpful. I also love how they most always have enough registers open to keep your wait to check out at a minimum. i have been in when they were very busy and longer than usual lines and one or more of the managers come over and open extra lines to get everyone through as quickly as possible cant say that about Walmart. Food City is also very good a supporting out local business instead of trying to put them out of business. They also support or high school and college kids letting them work when they're home on break I strongly recommend supporting them as they support us I live in Belfry KY for some unknown reason yelp has in in San Francisco”

“New store, great prices, home town friendly. Awesome cafeteria with delicious food and baked goods. Excellent selection of groceries, meats, seafood, and dry goods. Parking lot was clean and well kept. Employees kept the shopping carts clear so shoppers could park with out issues. In my opinion, the best in my area.”

“The cashier was very helpful on our last visit. She went above and beyond to help us and get us what we wanted. One of the items we was shopping for wasn't on the shelf. I decided to ask about it and it just happened that a truck was unloading in the back at that time. She went into the back and quickly found the item I was wanting. She also said that anytime something wasn't found on the shelf, feel free to ask and they'd be more than happy to go back and look for it. That's excellent customer service!!”

“I absolutely love this Big Lots location! They have an amazing selection of seasonal decor, especially holiday specific. It’s the first place I go when I’m shopping for Fall, Halloween, or Christmas decorations. I’ve found so many unique things here for incredible prices. They also have a great selection of affordable furniture. Not only is it affordable, but it’s also well known quality brands that will last years. You don’t have to settle for low quality to get something at a bargain. You just need to go to Big Lots! I also love the Big Rewards program. On top of the already low prices you can get a 15% discount for signing up (it’s FREE) AND you get a $5 reward for every 3 purchases made. I was so upset when I heard about Big Lots closing many of their stores, but I’m so happy my favorite location is not closing.”
