“Recently a basement window was broken at my home. My wife suggested that I contact Jack's Glass for a repair. I had incorrectly assumed they only did car window/windshield repairs! I could not be more pleased with the quality of the repair or my technician. Bob S. was kind, considerate, helpful, careful and took his time. Bob did the job so well, it is like it never even happened, even though the repair required a bit more work than expected. It DOES NOT get any better than this! If you need home or auto glass repair, do yourself a favor and contact Jack's Glass in Elsmere- you'll be glad you did.”
“This place replaced my windshield right at my apartment, and they were the cheapest out of all the places I called, saving me over $100! Mark was the one who replaced it, and he was very nice and helpful, answering all my questions even after he had left.
I was worried because other places quoted me around $600 and up, saying it would require recalibration. But American Auto Glass explained that they replace windshields without recalibration, and only if my car alerts me afterward would I need to take it in and pay an extra $150, which they said is very rare.
Thankfully, everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to pay any extra! This place is honest, trustworthy, and won’t try to scam you. I only paid $425, while other places were charging around $600 and more for a 2021 Toyota Corolla sedan.

“Outstanding service from Dickey's! I first ordered 4 large mirrors for my home gym. They were punctual and did an excellent installation job. I then had them measure my glass for my new shower. They installed it this week and the installation was perfect! I used Jack's Glass on my previous shower glass and there is no comparison. Dickey's job is 10x better. Janet was excellent on the follow-up and scheduling. The crew that was here were friendly and very professional. I’m very pick and I'm very pleased!”

“Adam did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do, what they would have to take apart, and a rough estimate of completion. It came back perfectly painted and blended, even though it was only a scratch, I will attach a before & after picture as I am very satisfied with the car’s work. However, I don’t enjoy giving a not-so-nice review, but I am knocking one star off due to the front desk lady’s demeanor being kind of off-putting. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind, but once I went to drop my car off, the lady working the evening shift was not very personable or friendly. Can’t expect perfection, but I do expect some sort of customer service and it did fall short of my expectations. Handled billing the insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing, very thankful for that! Thank you to Adam and his team for excellent repairs.”
