“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”

“Manager Lisa handled the rental part with ease and John completed the hook-up on the trailer. Super simple and quick. Victoria in the storage area was also friendly and greeted me as I entered the storage area. Very clean self-storage and I would certainly do business at this location again.

“I have two boxes in storage at this location that I desperately needed to get into to look for my passport for an unexpected work trip.. They typically require 24 hours notice to access storage boxes to so can locate & bring them out. I called up in a panic in the morning when I realized my passport was in one of the boxes and spoke to a woman who immediately went out and located & got them down as soon as she could. A few hours later I was able to get into my boxes & found my passport! She was beyond helpful & saved my day & trip!!”

Return was easy with a large store parking lot. Price was reasonable for the time we had the truck. This was the second experience with U-Haul in the last three months. “Dude was nice. Set up was good. Simple pick up & drop off. I’m surprised by the gas mileage, the van wasn’t a gas guzzler. 3 seats was spacious enough. We got the 2-3 bedroom van & still had more than enough room.”
“I'm not going to lie at first I was super sketchy because I know that this used to be a little dangerous neighborhood. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised as the neighborhood store had been redone and the people that work there were polite. The U-Haul equipment was clean and they were efficient overall it was a great experience. I paid $110 and was refunded $38.”

Lisa, the owner at MidTown, could not have been more helpful. She got us set up in no time at all and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. Great rental experience.”

This is the second great experience in the past year. The email and sign up was easy -you can use your phone to upload license etc. which makes check out very simple.”
