“When Budget rentals booked me and 10 other people in the same car I didn’t know what I was going to do. The only option Budget had for me was to pay quadruple the daily price for a mini van citing increased demand for the raise in price. Mike Albert car rental got me into a nice Altima for my 3 days in Sharonville, Ohio at a very fair price. The rental agent took the time to see if there were any discounts available to me. They were nice, courteous and efficient. We picked up our car, did a quick video of exterior/interior, and information on where the after hours return was. Thank you so much! “I rented a vehicle and was transferred from a different location so the fact that I needed a pickup not box truck was not the fault of this location. The staff is extremely happy, professionally and kind. FYI if you are looking to rent a vehicle to tow your own trailer uhaul ball is 2 inch. The ball is mounted to box trucks and not enough space for a larger trailer even tho they have a high tow capacity. I am hoping they will fix my issues cause I had to pay for a rental I could not use.”
