“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”
“Today I can in to get a small unit and was helped by Lindsey Berg. She was very sweet and welcoming. I was not sure what I really wanted coming in and she was very very helpful breaking everything down to me, showing me multiple units even tho it was very old out nothing stopped her from helping me find the perfect unit for me. “I'm not sure what they could do to make the experience any better than what we received. The truck was super clean, in great shape, ready to go as hoped, easy to book, easy to return, and more. Having a lift available was something we didn't know we needed until moving heavy objects wore on people. It made a hectic wedding catering trip much easier.”

“Son moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. I rented a 10ft truck and an auto transport. I added a storage, 1st month free. Storage at this location was clean and had indoor parking for loading/unloading. My sons apartment was ready within a the week. So the 1st month free was handy. Storage Manager and personnel was extremely helpful throughout the process.”

“I’m not going to go into all of the details about my trailer hitch installation, but there were a number of problems that resulted due to unexpected staff and parts availability. While the issues were frustrating, the store manager Rob was very gracious, very polite, and made a genuine effort to make things right. Frankly, he was entirely responsible for turning what could have been a situation that created a high level of customer dissatisfaction, into a positive experience for me. I think it’s more important to judge an organization/person on how they handle a problem as opposed to whether there was a problem. If you have any issues at this location, ask for Rob….he’ll do just best to resolve your problem and treat you fairly.”

“I have two boxes in storage at this location that I desperately needed to get into to look for my passport for an unexpected work trip.. They typically require 24 hours notice to access storage boxes to so can locate & bring them out. I called up in a panic in the morning when I realized my passport was in one of the boxes and spoke to a woman who immediately went out and located & got them down as soon as she could. A few hours later I was able to get into my boxes & found my passport! She was beyond helpful & saved my day & trip!!”
“the app made it more cumbersome than necessary, but it did help get at least the first half of the truck reservation completed. The staff member at this location was very helpful and got me in and out in just a few minutes. got everything taken care of and returning the truck was just as easy.”
“I lucked out that the truck I got was brand new and just had a little over 1000 miles on it! The clerk was so friendly and helpful to make sure I knew all the features of the truck and felt comfortable before driving. He advised me to take pics of the dashboard before I left, to keep accurate record of mileage and gas. Also I was happy to participate in the vehicle distribution program and receive the compensation/perks from that.”
