“I had a wonderful experience reserving/packing Uboxes at the Gilbert Uhaul location. I lived in the neighborhood without a car, so I must have visited the location at least 6 times to cart a dolly full of boxes and moving supplies home. I'm so thankful I could get all of my moving supplies right around the corner. (Side Note: I highly recommend the brown packing tape -- like a dream for packing!) Everyone was helpful and friendly. Although this isn't the common location for loading, the Gilbert store happily accepted my reservation and ensured my Uboxes were available on moving day. I feel like everyone worked to ensure my move was as smooth as possible. Management went above/beyond to get all the details corrected and send me and my things on my way across the country. I know renting storage containers can be stressful, but my experience overall was very good.My only small complaint was the wait time to have my Uboxes ready for the movers to load. They waited in the parking lot for almost an hour, which I was paying for at a rate of $160/hr. There were some snags with getting my paperwork complete and the location was VERY busy (I'm talking lines to the door) so I understand that the delays were not intentional, but waiting for so long was certainly costly. It would have been great if my containers had been ready a lot sooner to save me some money and my movers some time.Regardless, I am very happy with service and I think this location deserves praise for all the help they provided over the month of my move. And extra special Thank You!!!”
