“Love Park Community as a place to Bank. Credit unions have much better rates for their members. Their service is always good! I've banked with Stockyards, Chase, and Republic as well. After our bad experience with Republic bank wanting to charge us if we transferred money more than 2 times per month, we switched to Park and it's been great! Even when we with other banks, we went to Park for all our car loans as well. They beat out almost everyone else in Louisville and some of the other larger credit unions that are popular for auto loans. Their ITMs (interactive Teller, video calling) service is great! They're open later than the normal banking hours that a teller would be so that's very helpful!”

She told me to meet her at the Jeffersonville branch at 9am.By the time I arrived at the branch, Jyl Robbins, Branch Manager at SYB Jeffersonville, had been working from home to freeze the account, to stop this thief. Jyl had also started the process to open a new account.Before I left the branch, another attempt was made to steal from the account.For the next several days, Jyl Robbins monitored our account, even over the weekend. In my mind, Jyl went over, and above, to help with any issues, questions, etc.I'm not a banker. I am a hairdresser. I even have the option to make ATM withdrawals in $10 increments which is hard to do with most banks. The customer service department is fast to answer considering I usually do everything online.
