“I have a late 90s Sony stereo (radio, CD player, and tape deck). The CD player hasn't worked in years and one of the speakers started clicking recently. They were able to fix the speaker right away and explained that unfortunately they couldn't fix the CD player because Sony stopped making the lasers in 2016. The associate was surprised that it still worked really well otherwise as that model was made to only have a useful life of about 10 years. Very professional and kind staff - it was a pleasure!”

But this place looked at my phone when I needed a new battery to recover pictures of my newborn, and they did not charge me at all when they found out it was not a battery issue. They were very kind and helpful, and I appreciated it so much!”

“They were polite with getting my phone fix. Even gave a loaner so I wouldnt be without a phone. The only reason I did not rate a 5 is due to the fact the computer/pay system they have is not the best. I live 30 minutes away and had to make an extra trip because it would not take my card and they would only take cash. Knowing this situation from the prior day, I wished they would have extended a courtesy call to me to state they were atill having problems with the system, because had I not made a call to them, I would havebeen in the same situation. I also did not see a sign up stating they were having that issue. So better customer sercice for that problem would have been good. Overall all the guys I interacted with were polite and apologized for what happened and took care of it for me.”
