“I called community car care for a second opinion on my 2018 Tahoe fuel injector problem. One garage quoted me nearly $5000 to fix and a very long time to get the parts in. Community care ordered the parts immediately for me and quoted me $2000 and gave me a towing service that they work with to pick the car up the next day and I had my car back within four days and it runs great! Community car care is knowledgeable, friendly and I would highly recommend using them as a full service care, professional”

I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

“I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.

“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”
