“I don't usually leave reviews, but felt Stacey deserved one. I had to stop in real quick to grab something and while in line to checkout there was a gentleman who was having a very hard time figuring out his pin for his payment and was having issues on his phone. The cashier was very professional, patient and empathetic with him. She worked with him and his phone and ultimately helped him figure it all out. He was able to pay for his items after a while. I think it is important to point out because kindness is one of the things we are generally missing in retail/customer service as a whole.
So bravo for showing that young man that his business mattered even though it took extra steps ?”
“Dollar General #11093 is the best DG around. The employees care about how the store looks, they care how comfortable the customers feel when they come to shop!!I don't shop any other DG.”
