“Our experience with Markesberry could not have gone better!!! From setting up the arrangements with Rhett on the phone to the 3 great guys he assigned to move our stuff, everything went perfectly. Ron, Adam and Mark showed up 15 mns early and went right to work. We only had them move the large furniture. They padded and banded every item, took excellent care while loading and unloading and were finished in 2 hrs! They were polite, friendly and professional. “Marksberry Allied was helpful in narrowing our delivery window and working efficiently to pack our home. Four stars because they were shorthanded on delivery, but the two men they had working (Chris and Cole) worked hard, were kind and personable, and worked VERY hard despite the challenges of the day. A few items arrived damaged (company packed, not customer packed) and items were not always clearly grouped with their respective rooms, making it hard to find some things (i.e. a TV packed in a box labeled "bedding"; clothing not packed in wardrobe boxes with other clothing from the same closet, but packed with bedding from a different room), but some of this seems like just the process of moving. I appreciated how communicative Rhett was, and how he was willing to go the extra mile to make this move happen when another company quoted us a 2 week delivery window. All things considered, I would recommend them to family or friends, as none of the issues we encountered were likely any different than would occur with another company.”
“These folks were on time, every time. Put the container right where I wanted it, came and got it when scheduled, and were in and out in minutes each time. Absolutely would recommend.”
“Incredibly helpful- I was getting a hitch put on my car and the way it’s typically done would hurt the warranty. The owner let me know he does not recommend it for that. Tried to find the part elsewhere and then came out to my bronco to look at it and find a solution. This team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Idk about renting anything but for a hitch- they took great care of me.”
