He was quick to respond to all of my emails, and get his crew back out to our house when things were not completely leveled out. His crew worked through some of the hottest days of the year and still showcased some quality work. Paul and his crew were able to completely transform our lack luster space, into something large and inviting for us to host guests. There were some lapses in communication and minor errors, but my wife and I are way too satisfied with our new space to give this a 4-Star. Paul truly cares about meeting every standard you have for your project, even if they don't get it right on the first try. I will take this over any major General Contractor or PE owned company.”
“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”

“I had to go here 4 times in 3 days. Each time the customer service was actually OUTSTANDING, like people literally going out of their way to help me. This is with the exception of one instance. In attempting to return something the man working the return desk was condescending, snarky and rude.”
