“Christmas 2022: Went to get a Christmas tree. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and we got the perfect tree plus some garland and other stuff for the holidays. I definitely recommend this place for any kind of plants or trees or landscaping you need.Update: Christmas 2023 - same experience, maybe even better, if it can be better than last year. Love this place. Great selection of trees. My wife and I are also going to be using them for some landscaping hopefully this upcoming spring/summer.”

“It is always fun to go to Home Depot. You will get what you came for and find something you didn't know you needed! This evening I went looking for the Christmas Tree storage bins they had online. The store is always clean and well organized. Parking is plentiful but be sure to park between the entrance and exit. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I couldn't find the storage containers I was looking for, I asked the young man on the orange vest. He looked it up and told the containers were on a pallet and asked if I minded waiting while he found someone to get them down. It was quick and they helped me with everything I needed. The containers are a great product at a great price. The Home Depot is always my first stop!”

“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”

“Patrick was an expert in his area! He was able to help me when no one else anywhere could! Usually, the HD employees ignore you and won't even say hello anymore. They run the other way down the aisle when they see people coming. Every once in a while you find a good one.. I hope they pay Patrick what he's worth and keep him!”
