“It is super convenient to have a place like this nearby when you need to grab a few household items quickly without dealing with a massive store. The prices are great, and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for on the shelves. It makes running errands so much faster and easier.”
“It is a great place to go when you live 30 minutes away from anything and need an emergency ingredient. Since they have no competition, their prices reflect that. I would never go grocery shopping here because i would go broke. One box of cereal (standard small size box) average price there was around 6 to 8 dollars.....ouch!!!!”

“While the prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, you have to understand that while they do order wholesale, they aren't able to buy in as large of volume as the largest stores therefore the prices reflect that. I've never seen the store dirty and haven't had a single person treat me disrespectfully nor have I ever carried my groceries to the car. Yes, there's a lot of things they don't carry but there's a large variety that is in supply. With the virus, there's some things they normally carry that are in short supply but they've not had to limit supplies but then people who are buying in bulk go to the bigger stores. They installed the plexiglas to protect their employees and how wipes by the carts. Some people wear masks and others don't. Other than those few things, little is different from before the virus.”

“Pizza is decent I recommend saying yes when he offers Parmigian cheese for the pizza' guy at the counter is always super nice. Only thing is I wish there was more options for pizza when u come in during lunch for a quick bite but overall not a bad place at all”
“I have been going to this Dollar General location my whole life, and it's really the only thing Cairo has left. Wonderful staff and a great selection of items you need and want. I don't know where Cairo would be without their two DG locations. Highly recommend stopping in even if you are not from around the tri state area.”
“I always end up spending too much here, but that's my fault. Everything is a dollar! It's easier to do than you think. They always rotate out new stuff, so half the fun is checking every aisle and the seasonal section. The employees are always friendly too.”
“I visited this dollar store after visiting others nearby and immediately noticed what an organized manager this store has. The employees of her team there were so helpful and friendly and attentive even noticing to pick up things they saw on the floor as they were helping me.
