“The best place to buy an ergonomic desk chair. They have a great selection, and someone actually custom fit me for a chair. WOW! I have a lower lumbar issue, and after I purchased the chair my back feels great. They explained all of the features, and showed me how to use them. I sat in several chairs. They made a recommendation. The chairs come with a lifetime warranty, and they fix them at this location. Also, they had them in stock, and they even help me load the chair in my car. “Went in to this location today to buy things to close my pool. I am first time pool owner so I had no idea what I was doing. The manager Erica that was working was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions which were a lot and didn’t seem to get frustrated with all my questions. She took the time to explain everything to me and even gave me a packet on how to close my pool. She is Amazing!!. I will definitely be coming here next year to purchase my pool stuff.”

They also offer free delivery I believe within 25 miles if I'm not mistaken so that was a blessing just in time for Christmas. I ordered 2 full size matresses for my son's bunkbed and the delivery crew, as well as the kind elderly lady that assisted my purchase, were great!”

“This is a really cool place! Of all the furniture stores I've been shopping at this has been my favorite. It's all really cool genuine midcentury furniture, not just modern furniture made to look midcentury, meaning it's all well built and sturdy. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure talking with them. The prices can be a little bit high, to match the well built vintage furniture they offer, but it's definitely worth checking out!”
“I was looking for a quality brass shower curtain rod and needed it fast. When I was looking around online I found a couple of options, but ultimately chose Signature Hardware because it not only looked nice, but it was estimated that I'd receive it on 6/8. When I used the tool on their website to estimate shipping time it showed as 6/8, when I placed my order and chose my shipping option, it showed 6/8. This was far better than the 6/12 date I had through a different company.
Unfortunately, the next day, when I received a shipping notification it showed that it would be delivered on 6/11. I opened a chat, interacted with Kendra D and she was able to track down the package, have it pulled, relabel it for overnight and I had my package the next day. Superb customer service, an unexpected, but very welcome resolution. Shower rod is installed and looks great!
