I have a lower lumbar issue, and after I purchased the chair my back feels great. They explained all of the features, and showed me how to use them. I sat in several chairs. They made a recommendation. The chairs come with a lifetime warranty, and they fix them at this location. Also, they had them in stock, and they even help me load the chair in my car.
